Returns & Refund Policy

Overview

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Exceptions are listed below.

Returns

Returns are accepted when:

• Requested within 7 days of delivery
• Item is unused and uninstalled
• Original packaging is intact

Returns are not accepted for:

• Items that have been installed or used
• Requests made after the 7-day window
• Damaged or missing original packaging
• Change of mind (where there is no product fault)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayNow or card) within 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where the return is due to our error — wrong item sent or a verified defect — in which case a full refund including shipping will be issued.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, product defect, etc.). In such cases, we will arrange a return pickup or reimburse postage in full. Please email us before shipping your return to receive the return address and instructions.

Warranty

All Lavastone products carry a limited 5-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering:

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects or material faults
• Structural failure under normal use conditions
• Functional failure that existed before installation

Note on surface finishes (PVD / coated finishes)

Surface coatings may deteriorate under the following conditions, which are considered normal wear and are not covered by warranty:

• Cleaning with chlorine-based or abrasive products
• Scrubbing with hard brushes or steel wool
• Prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals (bleach, acids)
• Installation in poorly ventilated, sealed enclosures

What is not covered

• Damage from misuse, improper handling, or impact
• Products that have been modified or disassembled
• Damage resulting from incorrect installation
• General wear and tear
